- Production Planning &
- Execution:

Plan, execute, and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines and output targets.

- Resource Optimization: Allocate manpower, raw materials, and machinery efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime or wastage.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor production lines regularly to ensure all finished products adhere strictly to quality standards and company specifications.

- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks on the production floor and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.

- Inventory &

- Material Management:

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and track in-process inventory.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Ensure all workforce members adhere to workplace safety regulations, hazardous material guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Maintain accurate daily logs of production metrics, machine breakdowns, material usage, and worker attendance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
