What You’ll Do

- Assemble, integrate, and test IoT devices, sensor systems, gateways, and electrical control panels.
- Expertise good soldering skills and hands-on experience in PCB assembly, wiring, component assembly, and product integration.
- Build and maintain test kits, test fixtures, and test setups required for production and product validation.
- Handle wiring, PCB assembly, cable harnessing, and enclosure integration, including IP-rated outdoor/industrial enclosures.
- Integrate and test various sensors, including level, flow, pressure, temperature, weather, and other industrial sensors, with embedded gateways and control systems.
- Support microcontroller-based hardware integration and communication interfaces, including RS-485, Analog, I²C, SPI, CAN, UART, BLE, 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and LoRa.




- Perform functional testing, sensor calibration, configuration, validation, and quality checks on assembled products.
- Troubleshoot hardware, wiring, PCB, sensor, and communication-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support production planning and scheduling to ensure smooth and timely assembly operations.
- Manage component and production inventory, including stock tracking, material availability, and coordination of required components for production.
- Work closely with the R&D; team on prototypes, engineering builds, product improvements, and Current Product Development (NPD) activities.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation, including BOMs, assembly procedures/SOPs, wiring diagrams, test procedures, calibration records, and test reports.
- Ensure proper ESD handling, workmanship, product quality, and safety procedures during assembly and testing.
- Identify recurring production issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure on-time production, consistent product quality, and a zero-defect mindset throughout the assembly and testing process.

What We’re Looking For

- ITI / Diploma / BE in ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience
- Hands-on experience in electronics assembly or IoT hardware
- Basic knowledge of sensors, and industrial communication
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
