Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

- Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum productivity with minimum downtime.

- Allocate work efficiently among team members and organize workflow to meet production schedules.

- Supervise and manage the manufacturing workforce to ensure smooth operations.

- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize delays and wastage.

- Focus on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and efficient utilization of resources.

Quality Management

- Ensure product quality as per customer requirements and established quality standards.

- Monitor in-process quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.

- Identify quality issues, defects, and process deviations, and take corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with the Quality team to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.

- Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.





- Maintain production and quality-related records and reports.

Team Management & Safety

- Supervise, motivate, and guide employees to achieve production and quality objectives.

- Ensure proper work allocation and coordination among team members.

Requirements

- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in automobile manufacturing operations.

- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.

- Experience in handling both Production and Quality activities.

- Strong team management, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of production planning, quality inspection, and process improvement.

- Ability to manage manpower, meet production targets, and maintain product quality.

- Result-oriented approach with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
