Role Description The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. This full time, on-site role in Vadodara includes planning and scheduling production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring equipment performance and utilization.

The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing production data,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, optimize processes, and improve yields.

The Production

Engineer will also support documentation, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and effective communication with stakeholders on production status, issues, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and scheduling to manage capacity, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Skills in Quality Control, including inspection methods, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience with energy, power electronics, or clean-tech manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, adhere to safety protocols, and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
