Job Summary:

We are looking for aProduction Engineer to join our Hydraulic Machinery Manufacturing team in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring and coordinating day-to-day production activities to ensure machines are manufactured as per quality standards, drawings and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Assembly and other departments for smooth production.
- Understand mechanical drawings, BOMs and machine specifications.
- Monitor machine fabrication, assembly, fitting and hydraulic system installation.
- Ensure production work is completed as per drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Monitor production progress and maintain daily production records.
- Identify production issues, delays and technical problems and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Check availability of required materials, components and tools before production activities.
- Coordinate with Assembly Fitters, Welders and other production workers.
- Support machine testing, trial runs and final inspection.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and machines.
- Maintain production-related documentation and reports.




- Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Support continuous improvement in production process, quality and productivity.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machine assembly.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic components.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and BOM.
- Good knowledge of production planning and shop-floor coordination.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic quality inspection.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with workers and different departments.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/production software will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience in production, machine manufacturing, mechanical assembly or hydraulic machinery manufacturing will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates from Rajkot and nearby areas are preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a manufacturing/factory location in Rajkot.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
