Job Summary

Mahadhatu Industry is looking for motivated and technically skilled Diploma and B.Tech Engineers to join our team. Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, and ECE backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to production, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Assist with machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Monitor production processes and follow quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve basic technical issues with the engineering team.
- Maintain production, maintenance, inspection, and quality-related records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments.




- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

Technical Requirements Mechanical: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, engineering drawings, and measurements. AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage.

Electrical: Basic knowledge of motors, panels, wiring, electrical systems, safety, and electrical diagrams. Industrial electrical knowledge is an advantage.

ECE: Basic knowledge of electronics, sensors, PLC/automation, control systems, and troubleshooting. Industrial automation knowledge is an advantage.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or ECE.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace and learn new skills.
