Production Associate Manufacturing Operations Responsibilities/: Line Operations & Assembly/: Execute daily production routines, component assembly, or machine operation following established SOPs and production schedules.

Material

Handling & Line Staging/: Inspect incoming parts for visible defects, stage raw materials at workstation setups, and report stock shortages to prevent line stoppage. First/-Line Quality Control/: Perform visual and gauge/-based inspections on finished and work/-in/-progress /(WIP/) parts to catch non/-conformances early.

Equipment

Maintenance & 5S/: Maintain clean, secure workstations, conduct basic Autonomous Maintenance /(clean, oil, tighten /- TPM/), and report equipment anomalies.

Output Logging/: Record daily hourly production counts, scrap quantities,



and line downtime reasons in production tracking logsheets and spreadsheets.
