Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and coordinating resources across teams to ensure projects move smoothly from planning to delivery.

The Production

Coordinator will maintain production documentation, prepare status reports, and communicate timelines and dependencies to creative, technical, and management stakeholders. In addition, this role will assist with logistics such as booking facilities, organizing meetings, managing production assets, and resolving operational issues that could impact delivery.

Coordinator will work closely with producers and project managers to keep workflows efficient and aligned with studio standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess production planning and production management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Candidates should possess project management skills, including basic knowledge of project tracking tools, timeline management, and risk identification.
- Candidates should possess organization skills, with attention to detail in maintaining documentation, tracking tasks, and managing multiple priorities.
- Relevant experience in media, entertainment, animation, VFX, gaming, or creative technology production is beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools and production software, along with proficiency in standard office applications, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving production requirements.
- Extensive experience in delivery management in RPC departments is preferred
