- Control – Executive / Engineer Department: Production / Operations Industry: Plastic Products / Toys / Injection Moulding Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Production Planning &
- Control professional with positive knowledge of plastic production and injection moulding processes . The candidate will be responsible for production planning, machine loading, material planning, monitoring daily output, coordinating with production and other departments, and ensuring customer delivery schedules are achieved.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales orders and delivery commitments. Plan production for injection moulding machines based on mould availability, machine capacity, manpower and raw-material availability. Monitor daily production versus plan and take corrective action for shortages or delays.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Assembly teams. Prepare machine-loading and mould-change schedules. Monitor raw materials such as ABS, PP, HIPS and other plastic granules , colour masterbatch and components.

Ensure materials, moulds and supporting components are available before production starts. Monitor cycle time, machine utilisation, rejection, scrap and production efficiency . Track WIP and finished-goods availability.

Follow up on mould breakdowns, machine breakdowns and production bottlenecks.



Coordinate production priorities based on urgent customer requirements. Maintain production planning and achievement reports.

Monitor subcontracted / outsourced operations wherever applicable. Ensure proper production data is updated in ERP/MIS. Support inventory control and avoid excess production or material shortages. Coordinate with Quality for first-piece approval and production quality issues.

Ensure production targets and dispatch timelines are achieved.

Required

Knowledge &

Skills: Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding production . Understanding of injection moulding machines, moulds, cycle time and production capacity. Knowledge of plastic raw materials and basic processing parameters. Good understanding of Production Planning &

- Control (PPC) . Knowledge of BOM, RM requirement planning, WIP and inventory control. Good working knowledge of Excel . ERP knowledge will be preferred. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Production, Industrial Engineering or relevant qualification.

Experience: Preferably 2–5 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning in a plastic injection moulding manufacturing company .

Preferred Candidate: Candidate having hands-on exposure to injection moulding, plastic production planning, mould scheduling, machine loading and material requirement planning will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Plastic production and Injection Moulding knowledge is mandatory.
