Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile Product Trainer & Content Specialist to take full ownership of our PTE Academic and TOEFL training programs. In addition to delivering high-impact training sessions and creating all instructional materials from scratch, you will collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing/Website teams to develop accurate, engaging exam-related content for our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Material Creation & Delivery

- Design, write, and continuously update all training materials, course curricula, lesson plans, practice sets, and mock tests for PTE Academic and TOEFL.
- Conduct interactive training modules and masterclasses for students, trainers, and institutional partners on exam strategies, section structures, and scoring methodologies.
- Develop standardized grading rubrics, cheat sheets, and strategy guides for Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing sections.

2. Product & Website Content Collaboration

- Product Team Support: Assist in building and refining platform mock tests, question banks, AI scoring prompts, and in-app explanations to ensure high pedagogical accuracy.
- Website & Marketing Support: Write and review technical exam content for the company website, landing pages,



landing copy, blog posts, and test updates (e.g., changes to Pearson or ETS exam formats).
- Ensure all customer-facing content on the web platform accurately reflects current PTE/TOEFL testing algorithms and guidelines.

3. Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking

- Evaluate student performance data to identify learning gaps and update content materials accordingly.
- Audit class sessions and train secondary instructors on standardized delivery using your custom-built materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in PTE/TOEFL coaching, curriculum development, and instructional content writing.
- Content Mastery: Proven ability to create original, error-free educational content, practice materials, and web-ready text explaining complex exam concepts clearly.
- Test Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Pearson (PTE) AI scoring systems and ETS (TOEFL) scoring rubrics.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers to align educational content with digital products.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field. Certifications like TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA are a plus.

Pay: ₹50,565.51 - ₹60,165.99 per month
