Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BTP CI developer to develop/enhance BTP integrations. Prior SuccessFactors integration experience is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI) , SuccessFactors APIs, middleware architectures, and integration best practices across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop/enhance CI integrations using standard available APIs of SuccessFactors.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of CI integration changes.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical documents, Unit test scripts, and change management plans. Ensure Change Control approval processes are strictly followed.
- Adopt best practices and industry trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system optimization

Skill Requirements





- 8+ Years of experience as BTP CI developer with major focus on SuccessFactors integrations.
- Completed min 4-5 implementation projects in SuccessFactors integration with other systems using BTP CI.
- Deep Knowledge on SuccessFactors APIs (OData and Compound Employee).
- SF Onboarding 2.0 implementation experience will be a great plus.
- Deep Knowledge on various integration methodologies such as Rest APIs, SFTP, groovy scripting, XSLT, JSON etc.
- Deep Knowledge on performance tuning of integrations
- Valuable experience in debugging integration issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
