Product Operations Specialist – B2B / Recruiter Products

About the Role

Naukri Campus is building the platform that connects colleges, students, and recruiters for campus and fresher hiring. We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the Product Manager(s) on our B2B / Recruiter-side products, taking on the day-to-day, ops-heavy work that keeps recruiter-facing initiatives moving - so the PM can stay focused on strategy and roadmap.

This is a coordination-heavy role. You'll be the connective tissue between Product and the teams that touch recruiters daily - Customer Success, Servicing, Sales, and Engineering - making sure issues get surfaced, decisions get made, and things don't fall through the cracks. You'll also help the PM stay sharp on the competitive landscape and market shifts that should inform product decisions.

What You'll Do

- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day operational link between Product and Customer Success / Servicing / Sales / Engineering teams. Run or support regular syncs, track open issues and requests from these teams, and drive them to resolution.
- Market Awareness: Continuously track relevant hiring-market trends (e.g., seasonal hiring patterns, GCC hiring shifts) and turn them into digestible updates the PM and broader team can act on.
- Competitive Awareness: Track competitor moves (Internshala, Unstop, HirePro, LinkedIn Campus) and translate them into explicit, actionable inputs for the product roadmap.
- Recruiter Workflow Optimization: Help identify friction points in how recruiters use the platform (job posting, candidate discovery, shortlisting, offer management) by pulling together feedback from CS/Servicing and translating it into clear inputs for the PM.




- GTM-Ops Support: Support ICP definition and refinement work - pulling customer data, organizing usage signals, and helping structure segmentation inputs for Product and Sales.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs for recurring operational workflows (issue escalation paths, recruiter onboarding steps, recurring reporting cycles) so processes stay consistent even as the team scales.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain trackers and reports (Excel/Sheets) covering open issues, recruiter feedback, competitor updates, and market trends, keeping them current and easy for the PM to act on.
- Operational Task Management: Handle a high volume of day-to-day operational asks from across teams, prioritizing and following through so nothing slips and the PM's plate stays manageable.

What We're Looking For
- Around 3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or a related coordination-heavy role - B2B SaaS, HR-tech, or recruitment platforms preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working across Product, Customer Success, Servicing, Sales, and Engineering, and driving resolution without formal authority.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL/Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and organizing information.
- Understanding of B2B recruiter workflows, hiring funnels, or campus/fresher hiring is a strong advantage.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and a high volume of day-to-day operational asks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to campus hiring, GCC hiring, or fresher recruitment ecosystems.
- Exposure to product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) - not a must-have.
