Product Owner: Capital Markets & Investment Reporting

Location: Bangalore / Gujarat

? Education: Engineering Graduate – IT / Computer Science / Electrical

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with solid expertise in Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, product requirements, user stories, and financial domain knowledge.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong expertise in Scrum Methodology, JIRA workflows, and Confluence
- Good analytical skills with Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong understanding of SDLC and User Experience (UX)
- Excellent User Story writing, refinement, and grooming skills
- Understanding of CI/CD, Quality Assurance, and Release Management
- Experience in Market Research and Product/Process Improvement
- Strong customer focus and client/stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective product solutions

- Capital Markets
- Accounting & Investment Reporting
- Alternative Investments
- Content Creation & Product Documentation

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage product requirements, user stories, and backlog grooming




- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs
- Collaborate with Developers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and System Analysts
- Define requirements and acceptance criteria for product features
- Evaluate operational feasibility and recommend practical solutions
- Support QA, release management, and deployment processes
- Contribute to product metrics, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective communication between business and technology teams
- Support maintenance and enhancement of existing systems and applications

Candidate Profile

✔ 6–9 years of relevant experience

✔ Engineering Graduate – IT / Computer Science / Electrical

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work across strategic and hands-on product activities

✔ Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability
