Product Manager AI Lending Platform

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of an AI-first lending platform for banks and NBFCs. The role involves working closely with customers, engineering, and AI teams to define product requirements, manage features, and drive product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements through product discovery and workshops.
- Own product features from concept to production.
- Create PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize the product backlog and participate in sprint planning.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support customer implementations.
- Perform UAT and validate product releases.
- Identify opportunities to improve products using AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, or Solutions Engineering.
- Robust engineering/technical background with experience working with software development teams.
- Hands-on experience in writing PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Good understanding of APIs, enterprise software, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Lending, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS products.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Digital Lending, or Workflow Platforms.
- Exposure to AI or Generative AI products.
