? We’re Hiring: Product Manager at GBG EV

GBG EV is looking for an execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development of our growing electric-mobility technology ecosystem.

About the Role

You will take end-to-end ownership of digital products used by GBG EV’s riders, investors, employees, hubs, franchise partners and management.

Our technology ecosystem includes

- GBG Go Rider application
- GBG EVEST investor application
- Fleet and hub-management platform
- Technician and maintenance application
- Vehicle-recovery module
- Sales and CRM platform
- Rental collection and payment system
- Vehicle, battery and inventory management
- Management dashboards and analytics

Key Responsibilities

- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Gather requirements from business departments and users
- Prepare PRDs, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise features based on business impact
- Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA and operations teams
- Manage products from concept through development, testing and launch
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and ensure product quality
- Track product adoption, performance and user feedback
- Define product KPIs and build management dashboards
- Drive automation across fleet,



finance, CRM, maintenance and hub operations
- Manage integrations with payment, GPS, IoT and external platforms
- Ensure timely delivery and resolution of critical product issues

What We’re Looking For

- 4–8 years of relevant product-management experience
- Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, ERP, CRM or enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile development and product lifecycle management
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into easy workflows
- Excellent documentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong ownership, execution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and scaling organisation

Experience in electric mobility, fleet management, logistics, fintech, vehicle rental, gig-worker platforms or IoT products will be an advantage.
