Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and evaluation of new cosmetic products.
- Provide technical input on product texture, application, and efficacy based on cosmetology expertise.
- Coordinate with R&D; for formulation trials and maintain records of product samples and testing.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, ingredients, and competitor products.
- Participate in sensory testing and provide user feedback for formulation improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and packaging teams to ensure product aesthetics and functionality.
- Support the creation of training and usage documentation for internal teams and end users.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during product development.

Key Skills Required:





- Knowledge of cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and product types.
- Strong understanding of beauty standards, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to evaluate product feel, performance, and usability from a skilled cosmetologist’s perspective.
- Basic awareness of regulatory guidelines in the cosmetics industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology (mandatory).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a cosmetic, personal care, or beauty product company.
