What You'll Do

- Design modern, responsive, and visually engaging website pages and product features.
- Create and optimize landing pages focused on user experience and conversion.
- Design new feature experiences while maintaining consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to transform ideas into polished user interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes and user flows using Figma.
- Design up-to-date animations and micro-interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Continuously improve website design, positioning, messaging, and landing page performance.
- Use AI-powered design tools to improve design speed, generate ideas, and streamline workflows.




- Optimise product by managing product analytics
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and reusable UI components.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Strong expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, or similar tools to enhance the design process.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website design, landing pages, SaaS products, and feature design.
- Experience designing modern SaaS websites and product interfaces.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
- Experience creating modern animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product managers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or Developer Tools company.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend implementation constraints.
- Experience with motion design tools such as Rive, Lottie, or Framer.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly landing page design and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure landing page performance.
