Job Summary

Own a product area end to end, from understanding the user problem through to watching real people use what you shipped. You will work inside a product trio with a product manager and a tech lead as equals.

We are a small design team, which means broad scope and very little distance between your work and the customer.

Responsibilities

- Discovery work including user interviews, journey mapping and problem definition

- Wireframes, interactive prototypes and final interface design

- Usability testing and iterating on what you learn from it

- Contributing components back into the shared design system

Requirements

- Three or more years designing digital products

- Strong Figma craft and prototyping ability

- Evidence you have changed a design because of research, not only opinion





- Comfort working with engineers on constraints and edge cases

- Explicit communication and calm in a critique

Please include a portfolio with at least one case study that walks through the messy middle of a project rather than only the outcome.
