nAbout Shipway
nShipway is a tech-first logistics platform powering the shipping journey for modern e-commerce businesses.
nWe’re building a high-scale core product that solves complex logistics problems — and we’re looking for a UX Product Designer who can turn complexity into simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences.

nWhat You'll Do
n
n
- Own the end-to-end UX for key areas of Shipway’s core product.
n
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to understand problems and define solutions.
n
- Translate complex logistics workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences .
n
- Drive the entire design process — research → user flows → wireframes → prototypes → UI → final handoff .
n
- Design experiences for dashboards, workflows, integrations, onboarding, operations, and data-heavy screens .
n
- Use data, user feedback, and product insights to continuously improve the experience.
n
- Create prototypes and run experiments to validate ideas before they go live .
n
- Contribute to and evolve Shipway’s design system and UX patterns .
n
- Partner with Engineering to ensure the final product matches the design intent.
n
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design exploration.
n
- Keep an eye on emerging UX, SaaS, AI, and product design trends .
n

nWhat We're Looking For
n
n
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
n
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world product problems and your design thinking .
n
- Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools.
n
- Solid understanding of UX research, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, usability, and visual design .
n
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or other complex products is a big plus.
n
- Ability to simplify complex workflows without compromising functionality.
n
- Strong understanding of data-heavy interfaces and dashboard experiences .
n
- Comfortable working closely with PMs and Engineers in a fast-paced product environment.
n
- Strong communication skills — you can explain why a design works, not just what it looks like.
n
- Curious about AI and emerging design tools , and excited to experiment with them.
n

- Experience with B2B SaaS / enterprise products .

- Experience building or contributing to design systems .

- Experience with usability testing and product experimentation.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or frontend constraints .
