Your Impact To support accelerating customer demand, Taglynk's client is expanding its core product team. In this role, you will help scale the capabilities of the agentic AI platform by envisioning, scoping, and launching next-generation functionality.

What You’ll Do





- Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Identify key use cases through direct engagement with customers and build actionable product roadmaps.
- Shape User Experience: Partner with UX designers to transform product vision into intuitive interfaces tailored for native GenAI interactions.
- Deliver Core Functionality: Work alongside engineering teams to deliver features that exceed customer expectations and push technical boundaries.
- Champion User Needs: Serve as the internal voice of end-users across thousands of active company deployments.
- Enable Sales & Enterprise Growth: Provide technical and product support during pre-sales and post-sales stages for key enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Align on product positioning, messaging, pricing, and lead-generation strategies.

Who You Are

- Proven Data Product Experience: 7+ years in enterprise product management, with a track record of developing and launching technical products for data engineers.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of contemporary data stack concepts, including ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data quality frameworks, and workload orchestration.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, and Airflow.
- Solid foundation in AI technologies, including LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to align engineering, design, and business teams toward shared objectives through influence and collaboration.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex customer problems.
- Startup Agility: Prior experience in Series A or B-stage startups with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
