Career Experience and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development with strong expertise in Core Java and web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and development of RESTful Web Services.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java EE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrency concepts to build scalable, high-performance, and resilient applications.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), including query optimization, indexing, and database schema design.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and inter-service communication using REST APIs.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito, with exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve complex production issues efficiently.




- Familiarity with Maven/Gradle build tools and application servers such as Apache Tomcat or WebSphere Application Server (WAS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Additional knowledge (Not mandatory) - Docker, FileNet, Flowable bpm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications for existing applications and CM9 Product
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs to support enterprise business applications.
- Build productive, concurrent, and multithreaded applications to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Perform code optimization, defect fixing, and continuous improvements to enhance application stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Investigate production issues, perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent corrective and preventive solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and deployment guides.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Provide application support by monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
