Role & responsibilities The Regional Product Development Manager for Tanishq (Jewellery) develops and expands region-specific jewellery lines by understanding local cultural preferences, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Range Planning: Identify gaps in regional jewellery offerings, analyze local market trends, and design assortment plans tailored to regional cultural preferences.

- Vendor Management: Build a network of regional vendor partners, evaluate their capabilities, and ensure timely product delivery and quality standards.

- Collection Launches: Brief and collaborate with design and product teams to create, approve, and launch region-specific collections aligned with local festive calendars.

- Product Lifecycle & Performance: Track top-line sales, manage inventory performance, launch promotional offers, and phase out poor-performing designs.

- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with retail, marketing, visual merchandising, and cluster teams to drive regional product adoption and meet sales targets.
