Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement & Sourcing Executive with experience in trading, sourcing, procurement, and government tender/procurement portals. The ideal candidate will handle supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparisons, tender submissions, and procurement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source materials, products, and services from suitable suppliers.
- Identify and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Request, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations.
- Prepare RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and procurement documents.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, and supplier follow-ups.
- Search and coordinate opportunities through government tender/procurement portals.
- Support tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material requirements and deliveries.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Trading, or Tendering.
- Experience with government procurement/tender portals.
- Knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
- Experience in trading or industrial procurement is preferred.
- SAP Ariba experience is preferred.
- ADNOC tender/procurement portal experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in UAE/GCC procurement, ADNOC tenders, SAP Ariba, government portals, industrial trading, or engineering material sourcing will be preferred.
