What would you do?

- • Completeness and conversion of purchase request (PR) based on defined set of rules • • Obtain and analyze quote or pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval




- • Attempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues or open order expediting
- • Handling queries regarding Invoice PO Mismatch

What are we looking for?

- • Graduation any stream
- • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- • Fresher with a graduation degree
- • Internship or training in a corporate environment is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

- • To be accountable for creation of PO s Validation of PR s and maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement • • Query solving or resolution related to PR validation, PO creation, Delivery follow up and invoice exception
- • Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Dashboards & Reporting
- • Maintain Client Data Protection standards
- • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- • Good Excel Knowledge is an added advantage
- • Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates
