Remote: Hybrid What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):
The Procurement PMO Lead Process Enablement & Adoption is responsible for translating approved procurement process design into practical operational execution and driving consistent adoption across the MSP operating model.
This role reports into the Procurement GPO/PMO organization and serves as the lead process enablement resource supporting MSP execution of Source-to-Contract activities. The role works closely with Procurement, MSP, Accenture, IT, Finance, AP, Legal, and other stakeholders to clarify process requirements, support adoption of approved processes, resolve execution questions, and reinforce alignment with Brink's operating model.
This role acts as the bridge between global process governance and day-to-day operational execution by ensuring operational teams understand what to do, how to do it, and when governance escalation is required.
The role is accountable for process clarity, process adoption, operational readiness, knowledge management, governance support, and MSP enablement. While the role does not own global process design, policy decisions, or process strategy, it plays a critical role in ensuring approved processes are consistently interpreted, adopted, and operationalized across MSP teams.
Success in this role will be measured by reduced process-related escalations, improved operational consistency, faster onboarding of MSP resources, stronger operational knowledge retention, increased MSP self-sufficiency, and improved alignment between process design and operational execution.
