Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize material procurement costs, quality, and lead time.
- Manage relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and current vendor development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier capabilities to inform procurement decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in electrical procurement or related field.
- Strong understanding of budget management principles and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Proven track record in material procurement planning, vendor development, and vendor negotiation.
