Key Responsibilities

A. Procurement Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with project execution schedules and budgets.
- Prepare procurement plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for equipment, bulk materials, and contracts.
- Identify long-lead items and initiate early procurement to avoid project delays.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and alternate vendor development initiatives.

B. Equipment & Bulk Material Procurement Lead sourcing, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, and ordering of:
- Rotating Equipment: Pumps, Motors, MVR Blowers, Heat Exchangers
- Piping & Fittings: Pipes, Tubes, Flanges, Tie Rods, Valves
- Bulk Steel Materials:
- SS Plates & Coils
- MS Plates & Coils
- MS Beams, Columns, Channels & Angles
- Instrumentation:
- RTDs, Pressure Gauges, Vacuum Gauges
- Level Transmitters, Level Switches
- Flow Meters, Rota Meters, Steam Flow Meters, DPT (Differential Pressure Transmitters)

C. Contract Procurement (Works Contracts) Finalize scope, techno-commercial bids, and contracts for:
- Piping fabrication & erection contractors
- Insulation & cladding contractors




- Electrical contractors (supply & installation)
- Structural fabrication and erection contractors
- Equipment erection contractors
- Civil/structural works package contractors

D. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor/contractor base across equipment, bulk materials, and site contracts.
- Conduct vendor audits, capacity assessments, and performance rating.
- Maintain an approved vendor list (AVL) and continuously expand alternate sourcing options.
- Resolve vendor disputes, claims, and escalate risk issues proactively.

E. Commercial Negotiation & Contracting
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations for high-value equipment and works contracts.
- Finalize purchase orders (POs), work orders (WOs), and contract agreements with clear terms - pricing, delivery, payment terms, warranties, LDs, and performance guarantees.

F. Mandatory Experience

- 10+ years in procurement, with at least 5 years in an EPC/ETP/ZLD industrial project workplace.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
