What would you do?

- The candidate should possess end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process knowledge and be willing to work in rotational shifts with 100 percent return to office. The role requires strong communication, client-handling, problem-solving,



and people-management skills.
- The candidate should have experience of onboarding and managing new clients, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and a robust commitment to SLA adherence. Hands-on experience with SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting is essential, along with the ability to comply with desktop procedures (DTPs), internal controls, and audit requirements. What are we looking for?

- - Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) or Invoice Processing
- - Experience in SAP or S4
- - Familiarity with OCR or VIM & ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- - Strong Excel and reporting skills
- - Good communication and stakeholder management Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Handle client escalations
- - Prepare or review process DTPs and attend client calls
- - Handle team members and educate them on process
- - Track SLAs and KPI
- - Ensure compliance with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements
