What would you do?





- The candidate should be willing to work under any shifts and possess robust knowledge of end-to-end AP helpdesk processing. The candidate should be able to manage client queries within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP S, 4HANA, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting is essential, along with the ability to comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements. What are we looking for?
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and management reporting Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Manage vendor and internal stakeholder helpdesk queries, including invoice and payment status inquiries and rejection-related issues.
- - Monitor and manage query inflow to ensure timely resolution within the agreed TAT
