Role Description The Process Lead - Talent Acquisition (A4) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for a variety of technical and non-technical positions.

The Process

Lead designs and refines talent acquisition strategies, collaborates with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensures a consistent, inclusive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment funnels, coordinating assessment and interview schedules, maintaining accurate talent data and metrics, and partnering with HR to improve policies and processes.



The role also involves employer branding activities, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition and recruitment process management skills, including experience with end-to-end hiring, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.
- Experience with sourcing and pipeline-building using job portals, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
- HR operations and process improvement skills, including documentation, workflow optimization, and use of HRIS or ATS tools.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Analytical and reporting skills to track recruitment metrics, monitor funnel effectiveness, and support data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT or software industry recruitment and familiarity with technical role requirements is preferred.
