- Develop and implement the change management enablement plan which includes Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Communications and Training Strategies and User Adoption
- Ensure alignment of Change Management activities with overall IT project timeline and track and report key milestones, dependencies, assess change readiness and mitigate any risks in advance of go-lives;
- Strategically plan key adoption metrics the business should track to ensure implemented solutions have a return on investment and address adoption challenges as they arise;
- Drive continuous improvement of internal change management processes.
