Key Responsibilities*

Process Mining Strategy & Architecture

- Lead enterprise-wide Process Mining initiatives using the Celonis platform.
- Define Process Mining architecture, governance framework, and implementation roadmap.
- Design scalable Process Mining solutions aligned with business transformation objectives.
- Establish process intelligence frameworks for continuous process improvement.

Solution Design & Delivery

- Analyze complex business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report domains.
- Design end-to-end Celonis solutions including data models, process models, KPIs, dashboards, and action flows.
- Translate business requirements into technical Process Mining solutions.
- Lead Celonis implementation, optimization, and performance tuning activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders, process owners, and transformation teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct workshops, process discovery sessions, and value realization discussions.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance to project teams.
- Mentor consultants and developers working on Process Mining engagements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Drive innovation utilizing Celonis EMS capabilities, Task Mining, Action Flows, and AI-driven process intelligence.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify process bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and automation opportunities.
- Quantify business benefits and value realization from process improvements.
- Support process transformation programs and operational excellence initiatives.

- Act as the Process Mining subject matter expert and solution architect.
- Drive implementation and enhancement of Celonis Process Mining solutions.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through process transparency and optimization.
- Engage with business stakeholders to define KPIs, process metrics, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Ensure successful integration of Celonis with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other ERP platforms.
- Contribute to business development, solution accelerators, and best practice frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Transformation, or Analytics.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining.

- Experience configuring Celonis data models, KPIs, dashboards, and process analyses.
- Robust SQL and data modeling expertise.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Shared Services environments.
- Exposure to Process Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
- Experience with process automation technologies and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Celonis Professional or Expert Certification preferred.
