WE ARE HIRING | PRINTING OPERATOR Company: Agrochemical Manufacturing Company Position: Printing Operator Location: Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir Employment Type: Full time Experience: Relevant printing/production experience preferred Salary: Negotiable – based on experience & last drawn salary About the CompanyA leading Agrochemical Manufacturing Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Printing Operator to join its production team at the Jammu location. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating printing equipment used for agrochemical product packaging, labels, containers, and other production-related materials. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor printing machines/equipment as per prescribed SOPs and production requirements.

Set up printing machines according to job specifications, packaging requirements, artwork, and production schedules. Handle printing of agrochemical product labels, containers, pouches, cartons, stickers, and packaging materials . Check printing quality, alignment, colour, registration, batch details, MRP, manufacturing date, expiry date, and other product information.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned printing jobs. Monitor machine performance and identify operational or printing-related issues. Perform basic machine adjustments, tool/settings changes, and troubleshooting as required.





Maintain proper printing quality and minimize material wastage. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Packaging, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations. Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain production records and report machine or quality-related issues to the supervisor. Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Candidate

RequirementsPrior experience as a Printing Operator / Machine Operator / Printing Machine Operator is preferred.

Experience in agrochemical, pesticide, fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, packaging, labels, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage. ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred. Knowledge of printing machine operations, settings, and basic troubleshooting.

Good understanding of packaging and product-label printing requirements. Ability to check printing quality and product information accurately. Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.
