SCHOOL PRINCIPAL – Position: Principal

Age: 40+ Years

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school objectives.
- Supervise and guide teachers and support staff. - Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and discipline.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management.
- Conduct staff meetings, academic reviews, and teacher evaluations.
- Ensure a protected, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage school operations, timetables, examinations, and activities.
- Encourage professional development and training for teachers.
- Maintain effective communication with school management and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements -
- Master's degree with B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.




- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching/academic experience.
- Previous experience in a Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board academic systems.
- Ability to lead a team and manage school operations effectively.
