We are looking for an experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead the roadmap, execution, and growth. This role will drive product vision, customer success, and innovation while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation to execution and adoption
- Drive product design and development for innovative enterprise software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and ensure successful delivery
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to shape product strategy
- Analyze product performance and data to drive decision-making
- Create detailed and actionable product requirements for Engineering and Design teams
- Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmap, and delivery expectations




- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Procurement

What Were Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software with 6+ years in Product Management
- Solid B2B SaaS product management experience preferred
- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and product vision execution
- Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Aha! is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in P2P software or Hospitality domain is an added advantage
