Principal Java Engineer /Tech Lead

Location : Hyderabad

We are seeking a Principal Java Engineer to lead the architecture and performance of a high-throughput, low-latency trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Own architecture of core trading systems: OMS, execution, risk, positions, and P&L.;
- Design scalable, resilient distributed systems.
- Drive JVM, concurrency, memory, and latency optimization.
- Lead technical strategy, modernization, and performance improvements.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide architectural guidance.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Java with deep JVM and concurrency expertise.
- Solid experience in low-latency/performance engineering.
- Advanced PostgreSQL and distributed-systems knowledge.
- Experience with trading/financial systems or similar real-time platforms.
- Strong knowledge of networking, observability, and high-throughput systems.

Tech Stack Java 25+, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Netty, FIX, LMAX Disruptor, Agrona, gRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, Open Telemetry, Prometheus/Grafana.
