Principal Manager-Data Science-SUPPORT SERVICES-Data & Analytics - In House Engineering Lead (AVP/VP) - Growth Analytics, Commercial Banking Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented leader to drive Growth Analytics for the Commercial Banking business. Reporting to the Head of Analytics & Data Science, this role will be responsible for leveraging data, analytics, and machine learning to accelerate customer acquisition, portfolio growth, cross-sell, customer engagement, and sales productivity. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and has a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities Lead analytics initiatives focused on customer acquisition, portfolio growth, cross-sell, retention, and relationship manager productivity. Develop customer segmentation, propensity, lead prioritization, churn, and next-best-action models. Generate actionable insights from customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify growth opportunities.

Design and measure campaigns, sales interventions, and customer engagement programs. Build and maintain business dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting. Partner closely with Business, Product, Risk, Technology, and Data teams to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.





Prioritize and execute analytics use cases aligned to business objectives and revenue outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists, promoting best practices in analytics and experimentation.

Qualifications 8 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related quantitative roles.

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Lending, or Commercial Banking preferred. Solid expertise in SQL, Python, data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

Experience developing customer analytics, growth models, campaign analytics, or portfolio analytics solutions. Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with measurable impact. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
