Delhi World Public School, VGI Campus, Dadri is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the academic and administrative functioning of the school and drive sustained improvement in academic quality, student outcomes and school processes.

Experience: Significant experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Academic Coordinator

Educational Background: Science background preferred/required

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with CBSE, NEP 2020 and NCF.
- Strengthen teaching-learning practices, lesson planning, assessment systems and competency-based education.
- Drive improvement in board results, student learning outcomes and overall academic quality.
- Establish effective systems for academic monitoring, teacher development, classroom observations and performance improvement.
- Lead and mentor Academic Coordinators, HODs and teaching teams.
- Strengthen curriculum planning, vertical/horizontal integration and effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, discipline, student welfare and safeguarding practices.
- Oversee administrative processes and ensure smooth coordination among academic, administrative and support teams.
- Use data, assessments and academic reviews to identify gaps and implement measurable improvement plans.
- Parent /Student Grievance Redressal
- Liaison with the external authorities
- Initiate and facilitate resolution of student cases and concerns from legal aspect with support from relevant authorities
- Build a positive culture of professionalism, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement among staff.




- Engage effectively with parents and other stakeholders while maintaining the school's academic and institutional standards.

Candidate Profile We are looking for an education leader who has:
- A Science background with relevant postgraduate/professional qualifications.
- Considerable leadership experience as a Principal, Vice Principal or Senior Academic Coordinator in a CBSE/K–12 school.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, NCF and competency-based education.
- Proven ability to lead academic improvement and enhance student outcomes.
- Strong understanding of both academic and school administration.
- Excellent leadership, team-management, communication and decision-making skills.
- The ability to mentor teachers and create a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- A practical, hands-on approach suited to a developing school environment.

Important Location Requirement The school is situated in the outskirts of Greater Noida Phase 2 / Dadri region, in a semi-urban/non-metropolitan setting. Therefore, only candidates who are genuinely comfortable with relocating to or working in a semi-urban/rural setting should apply.
