What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor''s degree in relevant field. A masters degree in management is a plus




- Experience: 12+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, process excellence, and related field.

- Certifications o Mandatory - Lean Six Sigma Certification o Desirable - Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, PMP

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA automation platforms, ERP systems, AI / ML technologies, process modeling tools.
