Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing & Sales Coordinator to support pricing, quotation management, customer coordination, and sales activities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight pricing, logistics operations, and customer relationship management, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and share competitive Air Freight and Sea Freight quotations.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, agents, and transporters to obtain rates and service information.

- Verify freight charges, surcharges, customs charges, and other applicable costs.

- Handle customer inquiries, understand requirements, and provide suitable logistics solutions.

- Follow up on quotations and business opportunities to support sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with Operations, Documentation, Customs, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Maintain accurate pricing, quotation, customer, and sales records.





- Track quotation conversions and monitor pending opportunities.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly pricing and sales reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Pricing, or Sales Coordination.

- Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import, Export, or Customs Coordination is preferred.

- Valuable understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.

- Knowledge of air and sea freight pricing and quotation preparation.

- Familiarity with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and freight-related charges.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

- Experience with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
