1. ? Job Role: Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details, including location, pricing, amenities, offers, and key perks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

1. ? Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Presales, Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM will be an advantage.
- Marathi, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
