Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and coordinate appointments for the sales and design team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships from the initial point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding interior design requirements.
- Qualify leads by understanding project scope, budget, possession status, location, and timeline.
- Schedule site visits, design consultations, and office presentations for the sales/design team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Update and manage customer information in CRM and lead management systems.
- Coordinate with designers and sales teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Explain the company's design process, services, and project execution methodology.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, appointments, site visits, and conversions.
- Re-engage inactive or lost leads through systematic follow-up campaigns.




- Ensure prompt responses to inquiries received through websites, social media platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- Strong persuasion and customer relationship management abilities.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, Real Estate, Interior Design, or Home Improvement industry preferred.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience handling residential interior design leads.
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, designers, and sales teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday

Compensation

- 25000-30000/-

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
