Responsibilities
- Handle incoming real estate leads through calls & WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
- Explain suitable projects, pricing and offers.
- Follow up with leads and generate site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team and update CRM regularly.
- Work towards monthly calling, site visit and sales targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi, Marathi & proficiency.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Real estate/telecalling/sales experience preferred.
