Role: Presales Engineer - Apple & MDM

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Role Overview: The Presales Engineer will design, demonstrate, and support up-to-date digital workplace solutions across Apple, Windows, and mobile platforms.The role works closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric endpoint solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and propose EUC solutions including MDM/UEM, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management
- Conduct customer requirement discovery and solution workshops
- Deliver product demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Support sales teams with technical presentations and proposals
- Integrate endpoint solutions with Identity and security platforms




- Provide best practices for device provisioning, compliance, and automation
- Collaborate with product and partner teams

Desired Profile:

- 3–7 years of experience in EUC / Endpoint Management / ITInfrastructure
- Experience with MDM/UEM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Jumpcloud, Workspace ONE, etc.) Knowledge of Apple, Windows, and mobile device management
- Understanding of security and identity concepts (Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Good communication and presentation skills
