About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive (Pre-Sales) to manage leads, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales team in driving conversions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and requirements.
- Track lead status and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Prepare and maintain CRM reports and daily follow-up records.
- Support the sales team in managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Pre-Sales (CRM).
- Prior experience in a Real Estate company will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and customer interactions efficiently.
- Positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to learn.
