About Rewafin

Rewafin builds a lending operating system with the ledger built in, covering loan origination, servicing, collections, credit policy and accounting in one system for banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs.

Role summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant from a lending technology background to lead discovery, product demos and solution proposals for banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct discovery meetings and workshops to understand lenders' products, processes and systems
- Deliver tailored product demos to business and IT teams
- Prepare and maintain demo scripts and demo data
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs and IT and information security questionnaires
- Prepare solution scope, implementation approach and business cases for proposals
- Plan and support proofs of concept for bank clients
- Represent Rewafin at industry exhibitions and events with live demos
- Hand over signed deals to the implementation team and share client feedback with product teams

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience,



with at least 3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting or implementation of loan origination (LOS), loan management (LMS), collections or co-lending systems
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end loan lifecycle and related accounting
- Working knowledge of RBI lending regulations, including digital lending guidelines, KFS and IRACP/NPA norms
- Understanding of integrations with core banking systems, credit bureaus, KYC providers and payment systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior management and IT teams
- Open to travel for expos and industry events across India and internationally

Good to have

- Experience with bank IT and information security reviews
- Exposure to co-operative banks or MFIs
- Core banking system experience

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (in office), with travel across India and internationally
