Role Description The Pre Primary Main Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. Daily tasks include preparing engaging activities, conducting classroom instruction, managing classroom routines, observing and documenting student progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

The role involves regular communication with parents or guardians, participation in school events,



and collaboration with other teachers to implement the school’s holistic and experiential learning approach.

The Pre Primary Main

Teacher is also expected to follow school policies, contribute to curriculum implementation, and attend professional development sessions as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong classroom management, child-centered teaching practices, and ability to create engaging learning experiences for pre-primary students.
- Skills in lesson planning, activity design, and assessment aligned with holistic and experiential learning methods.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with young learners, families, and colleagues, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; a diploma or certification in pre-primary/early childhood education is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching pre-primary or kindergarten age groups in a school setting is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology and teaching aids to enhance classroom learning.
