About Our Client Our client is a leading global Private Equity fund with a robust India presence Deal Sourcing & Screening - Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities across sectors.

- Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies.
- Support initial screening of deals, including preparing investment teasers and summaries.

Financial

Analysis & Modelling - Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).

- Analyze financial statements, business drivers, and forecasts.
- Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment recommendations. Due Diligence - Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and target company performance.
- Review legal, financial, and operational diligence reports and highlight key risks.

Investment

Execution - Prepare investment memos, presentations,



and materials for Investment Committee meetings.

- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Tier-1 education pedigree (IITs, BITS, SRCC, CA etc) - The applicant should strictly be Pre-MBA - Has completed 1-2 years of experience in either Tier-1 consulting firms, investment banks, or other private equity firms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Confidence with financial modelling and analysis - Good communication and presentation skills - An interest in private equity What's on Offer - A 2-3 year contractual role in Mumbai - Exposure to the private equity industry - Opportunities to work on high-value investments If you'd like to be part of this team, consider applying for the role.
