Production Planning

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.

Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Production, and Dispatch teams for order execution.

Optimize production schedules to maximize machine utilization and productivity.

Monitor plan vs. actual production and initiate corrective actions.

Order Management

Review customer requirements and prioritize orders as per delivery commitments.

Issue production orders and monitor their progress through various manufacturing stages.

Ensure timely completion of orders and dispatch coordination.

Inventory & Material Planning

Monitor raw material, master batch, chemicals, cores, packaging materials, and WIP inventory.

Coordinate with Purchase and Stores departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize excess stock.





Production Coordination

Coordinate with Extrusion, Metallizer, Slitting, Coating, and Packing departments.

Track machine-wise production performance and identify bottlenecks.

Ensure smooth workflow across all manufacturing processes.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily production reports, inventory reports, and order status reports.

Analyze production performance, machine efficiency, and capacity utilization.

Generate KPI reports for management review.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for production optimization and cost reduction.

Reduce production losses and improve delivery performance.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
