What you’ll work on:

- Google Ads – Search, Display & Performance Max
- Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram campaigns
- Lead generation & conversion campaigns
- Campaign setup, optimization & scaling
- Keyword, audience & competitor research
- Conversion tracking & performance analysis
- Improving CPL, ROAS & overall campaign performance
- Creating performance reports and actionable insights

What we’re looking for:

✔ Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

✔ Robust understanding of paid acquisition

✔ Data-driven approach to campaign optimization

✔ Ability to analyze performance and take corrective action

✔ Experience managing lead-generation campaigns
